Downtown Miami’s proposed 51-story Natiivo tower has announced a groundbreaking date and hotel operator.
Construction is expected to begin in February 2021, with opening in Summer 2023. Permitting is already underway.
The developer also announced an operator for a hotel and condo-hotel.
Gale Miami Hotel and Residences will manage hotel rooms and condo-hotel located on floors 11 through 23 of Natiivo.
Natiivo will include:
100 Gale hotel rooms
140 Gale hotel-condo units (for sale)
127 Creative HQ office condos
448 residential condos
70,000 square feet of amenities curated by LDV Hospitality
Ground-floor Italian market and restaurant called Dolce Mercato, and Bodega
Over 64% of the residential condo units at Natiivo have already been sold, including 12 sales in October alone.
The project is being developed by Keith Menin and Marisa Galbut, who have been mentored by their father Russell Galbut, the founder of Crescent Heights.
Pricing for the Gale Miami Hotel and Residences will start in the $300,000s, with Cervera handling sales.
Arquitectonica’s Raymond Fort and his father, Bernardo Fort Brescia are designing the building, with interiors by Urban Robot Associates.
